Depending on the type of contract taken out, maintenance can cover :
 configuration maintenance
 corrective maintenance
 Jeebop server version updates maintenance
 hotline telephone support

Jeebop Monitoring and Support

If you wish to carry out your developments internally, Wraptor is able to provide your team members with technical assistance.

Wraptor’s experts will guide your teams as they put Jeebop into full use and are available to assist them in setting up their integration project successfully.

This Monitoring facility aims to make sure your team members are rapidly able to use Jeebop autonomously. It is made up of 2 phases :

 Training:
- The Modeling Module for designing processes with Jeebop Process Builder.
- The Supervision Module concentrating on administrative aspects and process supervision.

 Assistance:
- Allowing you to set up your first processes under our supervision.
